On install, FieldRat schedules a small hourly cleanup job to recover any scans that get stuck mid-run. On uninstall, this job is removed automatically. Your analysis run records and logs stay in your org until you choose to delete them.

10Does FieldRat delete fields automatically?

No. FieldRat is decision support — it shows you which fields are unused, what depends on them, and how risky each candidate is. The actual field deletion stays with you in Salesforce Setup.
